Or not. In fact, I don’t think Heroes Convention 2010 is able to rescue anyone, unless they are suffering from extreme boredom. Hmm, perhaps I should rewrite that title. No, I think I’ll leave it as is.
That aside, I would like to note that Dark Candle‘s penciler, inker, and letterer extraordinaire (aka James Lyle, aka Doodle, aka slightly-embarrassed-by-all-this-build-up) will be holding down a table at the convention and doing his best to ensure that heroes of many different stripes are properly and professionally represented on paper. He’ll also have some nifty Dark Candle postcards on hand–and might be convinced to sign one for your little brother whose really into that historical stuff even thought you are not.
Now, I’ve got his table number around here somewhere. . . . Ahh, here it is: American Airlines Flight 813. Sorry, make that #AA813. I got a bit carried away there and forgot it was just a table.
In case the link to the above site proves rather slow, I should let you know that Heroes Convention 2010 is being held this weekend (Friday June 4, through Sunday June 6) at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Here’s hoping we see you there. Oh, and if you should happen to drop by because of this post (or the link from Twitter or Facebook) please let us know. Thanks.

Just thought I should thank all the people who came by the table at Heroes Con and spoke with me–also, thanks to all the folks who got a Dark Candle promo card. I hope you’ll all be clicking by soon (otherwise how could you read this?) and perhaps sticking with us as the story progresses.
